Roberto Coin is launching his Ruby Globe jewel in support of the non-profit medical service organization Operation Smile Italy. The organization works to bring smiles back to millions of children suffering from facial deformities throughout the world. The jewel, inspired by the logo and the mission of the organization, is a silver sphere that resembles a stylized globe coordinated with cords of three different colors. Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without the brand’s signature ruby and its message of hope and joy, a special wish from Roberto Coin.
50 Euro of each Ruby Globe purchase will be donated in support of Operation Smile Italy.
The Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in the year 2000 with over 112 volunteers including doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals active in medical missions. Operation Smile Italy is part of an international humanitarian medical organization, founded in 1982, that carries out dozens of medical missions every year in more than 60 countries around the world, treating children born with facial deformities such as cleft lip and cleft palate free of charge.
